Codified doctrine underpins all of our program by providing a comprehensive, formalized methodology and set of inter-locking processes.  Our doctrinal approach ensures consistent application of the underlying techniques and is always adapted to reflect the prevailing local legal, cultural and organizational laws and processes. 

Crucially, the customized doctrine remains a prized legacy even after we have completed our work, providing the client with a framework for the future consistent application of best practice intelligence operations.

Accompanying the doctrine we introduce a set of metrics against which we quantitatively measure project performance.  These metrics are agreed upon with a client thereby providing regular feedback on the change management process.
