Skills Transfer

The aim of New Century’s skills transfer approach is to enhance the ability of client personnel to anticipate and prevent threats to security from subversive networks.

Skills transfer is the process by which the doctrine, tailored to our client’s specific circumstances, is delivered. Doctrine underpins all the skills transfer activities, and ensures that all mentoring and training contributes to the capacity-building effort required to meet the desired end state.
